Todd Carter is PremierGarage's CEO (Chief Executive Organizer) loves to live at the intersection of design, construction, and technology.  A passionate entrepreneur, he enjoys helping clients achieve their goals by being more organized while growing personally and professionally alongside his colleagues.

Danielle Rogers is a graduate of Virginia Tech and a mom of three young kids.  Danielle joined The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage of Greater Washington, D.C. in January 2018 as the Director of Business Development.  Her main goal is to provide top notch customer service and support to existing partners as well as develop and maintain new partnerships with builders, custom home builders, remodelers, interior designers, and more.

Through her 13 years in direct mail advertising dealing with key accounts, Danielle brings with her strong organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to help businesses grow.

Working with Danielle, you can expect a dynamic approach to premium customer service.   She exhibits prompt communication, passion for design, and enthusiasm in meeting new people.  She looks forward to designing your space that will change your whole life.

Lauryn Holmquist has been interested in art and
design since she could hold a crayon. She pursued this
passion with an Architecture Degree from the University
 of Maryland and has been working in the interior
design industry since. Her goal is to become “the go-to”
for both her clients and business partners by providing
exceptional customer service and thoughtful designs.

Lauryn brings a diverse background to the industry, having worked in paint, tile, and color consultation. This breadth of experience has given her a well-rounded design eye and a penchant for more out-of-the-box thinking. While Lauryn works in many styles, her overarching philosophy is that a well-designed space will enhance her clients’ lives and reflect their unique personality.

By listening carefully to her clients’ needs, Lauryn crafts transformative solutions for what a space could be along with a fun experience marked by design savvy and a commitment to getting a space just right along the way. Her ultimate goal is that getting organized gives her clients “space” — both physical and mental.

Heather Patrum is a graduate of Old Dominion University who worked full time as a Sales Manager to put herself through school. Joining The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage of Greater Washington, D.C. team as an Account Manager and Design Consultant in August of 2021, she brings over 30 years of Sales and Account Management with 6 years specifically within the building industry.  The highest level of client service and satisfaction drive her to develop and maintain relationships through every interaction whether they are a builder, homeowner, or referral partner.

As a military brat, Heather has moved countless times and has continued to work through multiple moves as an adult.  She brings a high level of organization, communication and motivation to every new opportunity.  Transitioning into the building industry through flooring, she has found her passion and uses the skills learned through years of management to help her clients find exactly what they’re looking for.  Clients working with Heather will enjoy a pleasurable process to get them to their end result of peace and happiness within their home.

Elizabeth Sterenberg is a graduate of Iowa State University and has her master’s degree from Des Moines University. Elizabeth moved to the Virginia area from central Iowa where she had been working as a designer for The Tailored Closet of the Quad Cities servicing the Iowa and Illinois surrounding areas since 2019. Elizabeth transferred to The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage of Greater Washington, D.C. team in February 2022.

She strives to provide top notch customer service and support to clients in search of organizational solutions. Additionally, she works to develop and maintain new partnerships with builders, custom home builders, remodelers, interior designers, and more.

Elizabeth’s experience brings with her strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Working with Elizabeth, you can expect a dynamic approach with premium customer service. She demonstrates prompt communication skills, displays enthusiasm for designs, and takes pride in giving you the best service.

She looks forward to designing a space that will impact your whole life!

A local South Riding resident and avid organizer and DIY-er, Amy Jo joined The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage of Greater Washington, D.C.  team in 2024. She brings over 15 years of experience in managing and supporting clients in the non-profit and SaaS sectors, helping them achieve their business goals and KPIs through industry events and fundraising campaigns.

Amy Jo is a natural leader and an effective communicator who excels at organizing complex projects and delivering timely results. She enjoys building trust and rapport with her clients, while advocating for their needs and providing them with tailored guidance and assistance. Additionally, she works to develop and maintain new partnerships with builders, custom home builders, remodelers, interior designers, and more.

In her downtime, she can be found driving her 3 kids around with her emotional support dog Millie in the front seat or convincing her husband to take on a home improvement project they don't have time for. 

Juliana spends most of her time focused on improving systems which makes things easier and better for our people and employee engagement. This enables the team to focus on best serving our clients.

Juliana serves as a community ambassador sponsoring and supporting organizations such as Cornerstones, Homestretch and Women Giving Back. These organizations help people in the community live their best life, providing shelter, clothing, skill development and more - all efforts that the PremierGarage team are very passionate about supporting.
