Don Shultz, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of PremierGarage, Don Shultz provides his leadership skills and forward thinking to the company’s strategic goals and initiatives.  Prior to taking the helm, Don served as a consultant for PremierGarage leading its Operational Excellence Strategic Planning Team.  Additionally, he served as a Strategic Business Advisor to the Wood Industry enabling companies to overcome competitive, operational, organizational, and leadership challenges.

Spanning over 30 years industry experience in both the manufacturing and distribution sectors, Don is known for his work in guiding companies to achieve competitive fitness through strategy development, product design, manufacturing, information management, engineering automation, distribution and organizational design and development. He has worked extensively in architectural woodwork, casework, and furniture manufacturing, both here in North America and Europe. In addition, Don has worked in the machine tool and software sectors serving the Wood Industry.

Recognized for his work in the area of mass-customization, he has written and presented extensively on the topic.  As an Editorial Consultant for Wood Digest Magazine, he writes frequently on issues affecting the industry. Don also currently serves on the Industry Advisory Board at the Madison Area Technical College and is a past member of the Advisory Board at the Erdman Center for Operations and Technology Management at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Starla Reichow - Vice President of Finance & Administration

Starla Reichow is responsible for financial management, information technology and human resources at PremierGarage. She has over 20 years of experience encompassing financial planning and analysis, controllership, information technology, purchasing, warehousing and distribution, production scheduling and customer service. Starla especially enjoys the opportunity to stay actively involved in the entire PremierGarage business enterprise and to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Bob Triplett - Vice President of Manufacturing & Distribution

Bob Triplett is responsible for manufacturing, distribution and supply chain management at PremierGarage. Bob brings 35 years of manufacturing experience to PremierGarage in the areas of case goods, upholstery, cabinetry, and wood and metal furniture.  Before joining PremierGarage, Bob spent 12 years in lean manufacturing which involves removal of waste within the entire value stream. With NASCAR as his favorite pastime, he incorporates the “lean approach” of pit crews in teaching and managing people.

Brad Randolph, Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Brad Randolph is responsible for driving sales for the corporate network and developing new business partnerships. Brad has served in other key leadership roles at PremierGarage including General Manager where he managed the corporate-owned franchise in Phoenix. Prior to joining PremierGarage, he was a partner at EyeLevel, Inc., a manufacturing company producing licensed products for major sports franchises with distribution to over 5,000 retail outlets. Brad’s enthusiasm for his work stems from interacting with franchises to nurture profitable locations, and cultivating relationships with business partners.
